After my first boot camp session I knew that I would definitely be coming back! I was hooked. I've spent the last few years trying to find something that I could enjoy while keeping fit and I was getting bored with the whole gym scene but boot camp ticks all the boxes for me.
All the trainers are great motivators and keep you going just when you need it. The regimes are so varied I don't think I've done the same workout since I've been attending!
The camaraderie of working out alongside other like minded 'boot campers' and the support and encouragement keeps me coming back for more! That and the fact that I'm getting fitter and feeling better!
