This package entitles you to 10 group sessions as well as 1 personal training session.
This is an excellent and cost-effective way to ensure your fitness is always improving.
It also gives you the opportunity to discuss on a one to one basis any problems or queries you may have about your goals.
We can use this session to asses your fitness and log it on our systems in order to update you with your progress throughout your time with Critical Fitness Training.
You can even use it for a real shake up session and be pushed to your physical limit.
Either way its your session and you can use it however you like.
