All classes are fun and easy going and always with a nice bunch of people. Greg is great fun with plenty of 'banter' and laughs and you sometimes don't even realise you are working hard! 7 weeks in and I have already lost 16cms over various measurements with 6cms from my waist alone and can already feel my self toning up. I started doing some classes in the gym as I found them much more enjoyable than training by myself. I first met Greg at his Tuesday evening circuit session after a recommendation from my partner. "The regimes are so varied I don't think I've done the same workout since I've been attending!"After my first boot camp session I knew that I would definitely be coming back! I was hooked. I've spent the last few years trying to find something that I could enjoy while keeping fit and I was getting bored with the whole gym scene but boot camp ticks all the boxes for me. All the trainers are great motivators and keep you going just when you need it. The regimes are so varied I don't think I've done the same workout since I've been attending! The camaraderie of working out alongside other like minded 'boot campers' and the support and encouragement keeps me coming back for more! That and the fact that I'm getting fitter and feeling better!''
